Live status (online, signal, hub connected) and Reset password need GO 1.7 on the box, which checks in every minute. Until then a box shows its SIM's last Hologram session. Every password view and reset is recorded in Activity.

Owner — everything, including team, settings and SIM pause/resume. Support — sees hubs, boxes and SIM data, can view/copy box passwords, reset them and edit customer details. No settings, no team, no deleting, no SIM pause. Viewer — look only; passwords stay hidden. Removing someone signs them out everywhere immediately.

Owner password
